Petr started his professional career already as a university student when he was asked to run a small french engineering company. Without professional experience and knowledge of lean methods the company achieved excelent results and customer ratings.
His automotive experience was linked with spanish companies where he started as production and maintenance manager but later on he was also temporarily responsible for quality and logistics. His main achievement was an international project transfer along with assembly line effectiveness improvement by more than 40% reached by a modified flow concept and line layout. And at that time still not knowing that something like Lean was existing.
He started his lean studies while working for Busch as a transfer project manager and successfully passed the Kaizen Manager programme. He helped the company to optimize the flow concept of the new production hall along with some first automation projects.
Petr dedicated previous 6 years to active consulting, conducting workshops, trainings and leading transformation projects based on his technical skills and passion for improvements.
He always strives to convince others that lean is not a rocket science and that a simple common sense may help them achieving better results with less effort.
