How does the Academy work?

We have prepared 4 two-day and 2 three-day practical modules for you. The meetings will mostly take place in Moravia, and you will be able to get inspired directly in the production companies of our partners.

At the beginning of the Academy, each company will set its own optimization project related to process optimization or digitalization, which will be gradually solved. In the first phase, we will focus on the Lean method and prepare the ground for digitalization. You will experience how to set up your production processes, logistics, supply or material purchasing efficiently. We will also show you, for example, how to collect data effectively in production and how to interpret it correctly. We will advise you on how to look for room for automation and digitalization in your company. And last but not least, we will introduce you to the financing options for your newly created projects.

Everything will be concluded with the sharing of the optimization project.
