How will the academy take place?

We have prepared 4 two-day and 2 three-day practical modules for you. The meetings will mostly take place in Moravia, and you will be able to get inspired directly in the production companies of our partners.

At the beginning of the academy, each company will set the task of its own optimization project related to process optimization or digitization, and this project will be gradually solved. In the first phase, we will focus on the Lean method and prepare the ground for digitization. You will try out how to effectively set up your production processes, logistics, supply, or material procurement. Additionally, we will show you, for example, how to effectively collect data in production and how to correctly interpret it. We will advise you on how to find space for automation and digitization in your company. Last but not least, we will introduce you to the possibilities of financing your newly created projects.

Everything will be concluded with the sharing of the optimization project.
