Introduction to Lean: Efficient processes and waste reduction

Lean is a management philosophy and approach that focuses on maximizing customer value and minimizing waste in processes. This approach is based on the Japanese Toyota Production System (TPS). The goal of Lean is not only to reduce costs, but also to achieve greater value for the customer while improving quality and speed of delivery. The approach is applicable across sectors, whether in manufacturing, services or public administration.

This expert workshop will introduce you to the basic principles of Lean methodology (the so-called "Lean approaches") and specific Lean tools. These will help you to detect and reduce waste in your internal processes and to optimize and streamline your processes.
