About the Company
ERREKA-PLAST s.r.o., based in Olomouc, is engaged in the production of plastic components and simpler subassemblies for the automotive industry of world brands. It is a medium-sized company with approximately 60 employees. In the field of LEAN, it is very progressive and, considering its size, has implemented a large number of lean manufacturing elements. The company has undergone process optimization at all management levels and all departments. It is on the "starting line" before the digitization of processes.
