SPECIFIC INDUSTRY & LEAN EXPERIENCE Jan Vícha became familiar with Lean methods from study years in University of Tomas Bata – Industrial Engineering program. During the study he started as Trainee in industrial forge – Kovárna VIVA. After Study he started in Meopta – optika as Industrial engineer as a main engineer for mechanical division, maintenance and internal logistics. During employment he becamed an process designer and internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ČOS 051672, AS 9100D a EN ISO 19011:2018. As a team leader of industrial engineers he organized „Study tour“ – benchmark visits and workshops between Brose, Lego, Comscope, CZUB – Česká zbrojovka, Miele, Siemens Elektromotory and Koyo Bearings. After relocation to South Moravia he worked as OPEX Process Engineer in SpoluWokrs Perfecta were he started with lean transformation and general mapping and optimization of processes.
