Jozef Maudry became familiar with Lean methods and approaches already at the early beginning of his professional career at Sony Co. where he also obtained his Six Sigma Black Belt certification. He has further experience with industry leaders including Danaher, Eaton, Cooper and have worked extensively across Europe with significant exposure to Asia and the USA.
Apart from leading multi cultural teams to deliver significant projects from Ideation to Commercialization, he specialized in the practical execution of Lean in manufacturing processes and across the enterprise, including the acceleration of the design processes. He fully utilized his management & lean experiences at Staufen Consulting & Prominent Group, where he designed the Business System including selected Lean tools, Hoshin Kanri & NPD from scratch. He’s currently leading a niche group of specialists and consultants based in Czechia as a General Manager at Effectivity Co.
