The years 2016 to 2020 were an intense time with Ikea Industry where, after gaining certification, he was a Lean Navigator supporting the "Solid Wood" division on behalf of the Operational Excellence department. He has conducted transformation projects in Poland, Sweden, Latvia, Portugal, China and Russia

2014 - 2016 was a period of working with standards and training for Amazon. He was trained by the American management to successfully create, adapt and train in the standardization of work for the then newly opened logistics warehouses across Poland
